I think she messed up a bit on her Tango. There were a few missteps and you can tell cause she reacted.
Baz just loves Kelly Osborne as a person. He knows that there was mistakes but she fought through them. Carrie Ann believes that the pressure is getting to her and that when she messed up she should have stayed in character, but she really believes in her. Bruno thinks she could be amazing but that there were too many mistakes tonight.
